A home is more than a place
It’s a feeling of connection and warmth.
From a young age I lost myself in drawing and painting. New worlds appeared on paper, and my sense of home took shape. Designing ‘heavenly homes’ became my mission.
I have been designing houses, villas and hotels since 2007. Somewhere along the way I began to notice something I had not been trained for.
When a project was finished, people rarely said what a beautiful room. They said something else, almost every time: I feel at home here. I can finally land.
That question did not let go of me. Psychology has drawn me since I was young, and years later I trained as a registered professional coach. And I found I was not the first to notice it — Jung dreamt of a house with floors and recognised in it the layers of his own soul, and professor Clare Cooper Marcus wrote an entire book about it: House as a Mirror of Self.
A home is not neutral. It shows what lives in you, and it works back on you.
That insight changed how I design, and it became the foundation of The Home of Soul, my eight-week programme.
Beyond my work I find peace in nature, in my family, and at the beach — where the horizon lets my thoughts roam free.
“Every design tells a story – one that reflects the beauty of nature and the heart of those who live within.”
